If you’ve heard of Island Sauce Company then you may know how difficult it can be to get your hands on a bottle of it. Since its launch, the company has been busy keeping up with demand. If you haven’t heard of Island Sauce Company – prepare to see the name everywhere as Keven’s long-term goal is to take his sauce national – becoming Canada’s food and sauce household name.
Keven has travelled all over the world but Cape Breton has always been home. After identifying a void in the sauce and food production market here in Canada, Keven began developing flavours for sauces with his friend and Island Sauce Company’s resident chef Nathan Susin. The unique sauce flavours are inspired by Keven’s extensive travels and Nathan’s experience in the kitchen. Join us Thursday, February 1 to hear about how Keven has created this saucy phenomenon.
